For some nutrients, yes. The strongest human evidence is for vitamin C, CoQ10, glutathione, and curcumin, where controlled trials show measurably higher blood levels from liposomal forms. For nutrients that already absorb well — many B vitamins, for example — the advantage is small or absent. Manufacturing quality matters greatly.

Where it's weak or absent
For nutrients that already absorb well — many B vitamins — a liposomal premium adds little. And some categories have quality problems: independent testing of liposomal NAD/NMN products has found little or no detectable active compound and no robust evidence the liposomal claim improved absorption.
